Our Nutrition Class is one of the most important classes in our program. You will learn how to shop. How to make healthy choices when eating out and the importance of nutritional supplements.

Cooking Class

We help you understand food in prevention of diabetes and also explain how to make good food choices when preparing meals. Join us in our Low Glycemic Cooking Classes where we will teach you how to make tasty recipes with your new food choices.

Fitness Class

DIWellness believes that diet in conjunction with exercise, and nutritional supplements will promote health from the inside out. We will partner with a personal trainer or gym who will look at your individual needs and assist you in your journey toward living your best life now. We will also have outside group exercise sessions for extra support and accountability.

Stress Reduction

We teach simple stress reduction activities to set your mind at ease and keep you focused.
